Asbestos Reference:
This catalog has several specific asbestos references.

The paragraph on "What is Mirawal?" says: "The system is continuous and semi-automatic, with the result that Miracoil, as the final product is called, has precisely consistent coating, color and finish.  It was found that it could best be used in laminated form, with either hardboard or cement asbestos board as a core or back-up."

There is a diagram that shows the four types of Mirawal.  The "exterior" and "double-faced" types both have "hardboard or cement asbestos."

Cement asbestos board is also mentioned again in the specifications section.

Date: No copyright date listed, but this catalog was removed from a collection dated 1961.
