- Page about the Sunbeam-Clifton Steel Pipe Furnace (oil fired) mentions the use of asbestos rope: "Firing by Rotary types of burners, the Clifton is furnished with a hearth plate which rests on a cast ring held in position by brackets and sealed with asbestos rope."
- Page about the Sunbeam-Mohawk Winter Air Conditioner (gas fired) says: "An asbestos wick gasket is inserted in grooves, as shown in illustration at left, to further insure a tight union."
- There is a page about the Asbestocel Range Boiler Jackets. The description says that it was sometimes furnished with an asbestos paper exterior. It also says that it was furnished with asbestos cement.
