This document describes Transitop as follows: "Transitop is a complete 4 ft x 8 ft wall unit consisting of an integrally impregnated insulating board core, faced on two sides with a special asbestos-cement board." It also says, "Transitop complies with rigid performance requirements when used in the construction of homes, farm buildings, apartments, utility buildings, as well as curtain walls for large industrial buildings." This document describes the physical characteristics and also has information on sizes, weights and thicknesses.
